It analyzes importance of the communitarian library and its role in the society. It exposes case of the communitarian libraries and other experiences developed by the Information and Education Center for the Prevention of Drug Abuse (CEDRO) on Peru.
Analiza la importancia de la biblioteca comunitaria y su rol en la sociedad. Expone el caso de las bibliotecas comunitarias y otras experiencias desarrolladas por el Centro de Información y Educación para la Prevención del Abuso de Drogas (CEDRO) en el Perú.
