English abstract

This presentation, "The information society: its reality and include us all: The Mexican case" talks about the connections that the Information Society has established of comunication and information in order to build a Web Society*. In this Web Society* take part all of us. Involve street-children and high executive. Because all of us are connected, because the poverty from someone impact up the wealth from others. And the other way round. The Infomation Society is building by all of us: Mass Media + Community + Technological Centre of Information + Government + Enterprise + Education + Culture. The strategic alliance and exchange among of this elements are the metter which is building the connection of Electronic Community. The Institution, Enterprise, University, Mass Media Communication, Policy Party, Non Government Organization, Street Children, The Blind, Students. Homewives, Unemployed. All are part of the Web Society. (Information Society). The application of the democracy and the political include are its features and its opposite are the authoritarism, authority abuse, nazism government, absence of democracy. “A Society without democracy can not get the Information Society”.- Castells, Manuel.

La Sociedad de la Información establece relaciones de comunicación e información para construir la Sociedad Red*. En esta Sociedad Red* intervenimos todos: desde el alto ejecutivo corporativo hasta el niño de la calle. Porque todos estamos relacionados: porque la pobreza de unos afecta la riqueza de otros y viceversa. La Sociedad de la Información la construimos todos: Medios de Comunicación + Comunidad + Centros de Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación + gobierno + empresas + educación + cultura. La alianza estratégica y la interacción de cada elemento son la materia con la que se edifica la integración de la comunidad electrónica. La Institución, la Empresa, la Universidad, los Medios de Comunicación, los Partidos Políticos, las Organizaciones no Gubernamentales, los Niños de la Calle, los Invidentes, los Estudiantes, el Ama de Casa, los Desempleados. Todos ellos son parte de la Sociedad Red* o Sociedad de la Información. El ejercicio de la democracia y la inclusión político-social son sus características sus contrarios son el autoritarismo, el abuso de autoridad, la prepotencia, la ausencia de la democracia. “Una sociedad que no es democrática no puede establecer la Sociedad de la Información”.- Castells, Manuel.
