English abstract

The electronic documentary resources have been used more and more for the past 6 years, especially the electronic journals. However the university is not very present in the movement of open access (OA) to scientific information. We wish to know the reasons of this situation when the OA movement experiences a significant international development while bringing to the institutions a better visibility and a valorisation of the scientific production. The aim is to provide data elements on the use by teachers/researchers and doctorands in particular in the medical field, to work out a policy of service to the users which integrates the accesses to resources OA and the possibilities of OA publication.
