English abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Information needs of managers, compilers (textbook) and educational experts of OERP (Organization of Educational Research and Planning). In order to help the library improve their services from the 324 questionnaire send to experts and managers, 273 were returned. Results show that Books and Journals are the most important source. Experts and managers use reference and abstract information for updating their knowledge and doing their jobs. English language is using as a foreign language. Dictionaries are used more than other references. Internet sources satisfies their needs, but for finding information they prefer search engine. Roshd website, UNESCO website and yahoo were used by the society. Network information and SDI services were suggested
