English abstract

With the digital library's installation is supported and assisted the role of a scientific library. The library of the Technical University of Crete decide to organise a selective internet sources' collection relevant to the field of science and technology, which includes: general information, library's material and links to the library's catalogue, internet addresses, webpages and e-journals.

Με την εγκατάσταση μιας ψηφιακής βιβλιοθήκης υποστηρίζεται και ενισχύεται ο ρόλος της ερευνητικής βιβλιοθήκης. Με το σκεπτικό αυτό, η Βιβλιοθήκη του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης αποφάσισε να οργανώσει μιά συλλογή επιλεγμένων πηγών του internet σχετικών με την επιστήμη και την τεχνολογία, η οποία περιλαμβάνει: πληροφορίες γενικού περιεχομένου, υλικό της βιβλιοθήκης, και σύνδεση με τους καταλόγους της βιβλιοθήκης, με ηλεκτρονικές διευθύνσεις, ιστοσελίδες, και ηλεκτρονικά περιοδικά.
