Abstract

In diesem Aufsatz wird untersucht, inwieweit die Angst vor „Piraterie“ bei E-Books begründet ist und zudem ob und wie sich Verlage gegen Piraterie schützen können.

[English abstract]

This article covers, the different possibilities to produce and distribute electronic editions of printed books or DRM-protected e-books illegaly. In a non representive case study the spread of this act called "piracy" is examined and discussed.
