Abstract

Creating and maintaining a Teen Advisory Council is the challenge of every young adult librarian. You need the input of teens to provide good service to teens. The TAC provides you with the best opportunity to meaningfully engage with youth in your community to discover how the library can meet their needs. This presentation discusses how to create and sustain an effective TAC.
