Abstract(s)
Trends in the creation and implementation of information services on the Internet are analysed, enhancing that kind of services oriented to industrial areas. The constraints and opportunities in information retrieval and diffussion are studied and a brief layout of certain new tools for the effective knowledge management and the Internet resources exploitation is presented, mainly: push & pull technologies, intelligent agents and electronic commerce tools.
Se analizan las tendencias en el desarrollo de servicios de información vía web para sectores industriales. Se estudian las barreras y oportunidades en la recuperación y difusión de información especializada. Se presentan algunas herramientas para la gestión del conocimiento en la web: tecnologias push-pull, agentes inteligentes y otras.
