As relações da leitura e da escrita, as práticas de leitura, o livro e o acesso ao conhecimento. O processo de leitura e a formação de um leitor crítico. A importância de escola da Biblioteca e da família nesse contexto. A ampliação de espaços considerados alternativos de leitura que encontram no eletrônico novas maneiras de disseminar informação e conhecimento. Leitura como elemento de transformação de indivíduos em cidadãos. O ato de ler como importante nesse momento de profundas transformações na esfera tecnológica e na esfera cognitiva.

The relationships of reading and writing, reading practices, the book and the access to the learning. The reading process and the formation of a critical reader. The importance of the school, of the library and the family within this context. Increasing spaces considered to be alternative reading spaces like the electronic that present new ways of spreading information and knowledge. Reading as an element that can change individuals into citizens. The reading act as an important asset at this moment of deep changes in the technological sphere and the cognitive sphere as well .
