Abstract

Ante el gran alud de contenidos que se le ofrecen al usuario en los sitios web, hay que velar cada vez más por el binomio inmediatez-utilidad para poder ser más efectivos y provocar en aquél una satisfacción doble, la práctica por la fácil consecución de sus objetivos y la emocional, siendo esta totalmente subjetiva ya que está íntimamente ligada con la percepción durante el proceso de interacción con el sitio web. Construir y diseñar un sitio web es una tarea que requiere de una serie de cuidados específicos, a nivel formal, organizativo, visual, de contenidos, etc., y para ello hay que observar una serie de normas básicas enfocadas a la consecución exitosa del mismo. En este artículo abordamos esos "cuidados" en forma de pautas o criterios que no debemos dejar de lado para ofrecer entornos fáciles de utilizar, prácticos y, sobre todo, pensados para cumplir con las necesidades y expectativas de los usuarios.

Before the great avalanche of contents that offer to the user in the Web sites to him, it is necessary to guard more and more by the binomial immediacy-utility to be able to be more effective and to cause in a that one double satisfaction, the practice by the easy attainment of his objectives and the emotional one, being been this totally subjective since intimately is bound with the perception during the process of interaction with the Web site.
To construct and to design a Web site are a task that it requires of a series of specific cares, at formal, organizational, visual level, of contents, etc., and for it it is necessary to observe a series of focused basic norms the successful attainment of he himself. In this article we approached those "cares" in form of guidelines or criteria that we do not have to let of side to offer surroundings easy to use, practitioners and, mainly, thought to fulfill the necessities and expectations of the users.
