Abstract

Cyberscience: Hyperlink counts measures “success” inside the net. As in scientometrics citation varies between subjects, with highest counts for the reference resources.
There is no correlation between “peer evaluation” and number of links. Size of the cyberspace is increasing exponentially, so new analysis should be done in the future
