Abstract

[English Abstract]

Currently, Knowledge Management has played a significant role in any organization. Unfortunately, librarian professionals do not feel that they are fit to fill in the role as most of them do not have the right competencies or they feel more comfortable working within their boxes. This paper challenges the perception and highlights the importance of librarian professionals to change their mindset and attitude in order to be considered as one of the players in Knowledge Management.
