Abstract

Se analizan las necesidades de los usuarios en términos de uso y la importancia asociada a las distintas funciones de las aplicaciones. Para realizar el estudio se han identificado 47 características que pueden ser de interés para los profesionales de la vigilancia tecnológica y la inteligencia competitiva. Los autores han realizado un estudio empírico para verificar cuáles de estas funciones se emplean con mayor frecuencia y a cuáles se atribuye mayor importancia. El artículo concluye con unas reflexiones finales acerca de la aplicación de los resultados obtenidos.

[English abstract]

The article analyses the needs of users, in terms of use, and the importance attributed to the different functions of the applications. Forty seven characteristics have been identified that can be of interest to professionals in the areas of technological monitoring and competitive intelligence. The authors performed an empirical study to verify which functions are used most frequently and which have had greater importance attributed to them. The article concludes with reflections about applying the results obtained.
