Εξετάζεται συγκριτικά η πορεία των ολοκληρωμένων βιβλιοθηκονομικών συστημάτων στην ελληνική αγορά και η προσφορά τους στις ελληνικές βιβλιοθήκες και τα κέντρα τεκμηρίωσης και έρευνας. Τα στοιχεία που προέκυψαν προέρχονται από έρευνα που έγινε κατευθείαν στις εταιρείες παραγωγής ολοκληρωμένων συστημάτων καθώς και σε βιβλιοθήκες που αυτοματοποιήθηκαν.

[English abstract]
The progress of the complete libraries' systems into the greek market and their contribution to the greek libraries, documentation and research centers, is examined relatively. The conclusions came from a research to the productive companies of these systems and to the libraries that have been automated.
