[Italian abstract] L'intervista a Carmen Pagani fa il punto dell'attività di documentalista svolta prima presso il CER (Centro per l'Edilizia Residenziale), poi presso il centro di documentazione lì costituito, e coronata infine con la costituzione nel 1991 della Società per la Storia del Servizio Sociale. [English abstract] The interview to Carmen Pagani points her career as a documentalist first at CER (Residential Building Centre), then at the documentation centre founded there, crowned with the establishment of the Society for the History of the Welfare Service.
