El libro presenta una revisión bibliográfica y un estado actual de la cuestión sobre bibliotecas destinadas a pueblos originarios. Recoge todo tipo de material documental relacionado con las experiencias en América, Escandinavia y Oceanía entre 1990 y la actualidad. Presenta un conjunto de notas y bibliografía que permiten ampliar la información mediante la consulta directa de las fuentes de información.

The book presents a bibliographic review and a current state-of-the-art on library services to indigenous populations. It includes all kind of documents related to experiences of this kind in America, Oceania and Scandinavia between 1990 and present times. It has a wide set of notes and bibliography which allow the reader to enlarge provided information with the direct check of documental sources.
