Si vogliono illustrare le basi e le problematiche connesse alla rilevazione degli utenti di un sito, le loro caratteristiche, le operazioni che compiono. Per compiere queste rilevazioni si illustrerà come funziona in generale la comunicazione tra un utente e un sito e come gli utenti siano anonimi, ma lascino sempre dei dati che una volta interpretati, possono dire molto di loro.

The basis and the problems related to the survey of a website users, their characteristics and their operations are analized during the workshop. To make this survey it will be shown the general flow of information between user and website, pointing on how anonymous but trackable users are, and how the data they leave behind can tell much about them.
