Abstract

Actualmente, las organizaciones se enfrentan a condiciones en el mercado muy diferentes a las que predominaban en el pasado. Los cambios en el entorno son muy rápidos, el ciclo de innovación es más corto y las tecnologías tienen una elevada importancia. En un entorno turbulento, sólo las organizaciones con más capacidad de adaptación a las nuevas realidades tendrán la posibilidad de obtener continuamente éxito y sobrevivir. En este nuevo entorno, el aprendizaje continuo de la organización es fundamental y son los conceptos de aprendizaje organizacional, desarrollados por Senge, de elevada importancia y actualidad. Se realiza una breve revisión de la bibliografía disponible sobre el aprendizaje organizacional y se señalan modelos y escalas de referencia.

[English abstract]

At present, organizations are facing market conditions very different from those of the past. The changes in the setting are very fast, the cycle of innovation is shorter, and new technologies are very important. In a turbulent setting, only the organizations with a higher capacity to adapt themselves to the new realities will have the opportunity to be continuously successful and survive. In these new setting, the continuous learning of the organization is fundamental, and the learning and organizational concepts developed by Senge are highly significant and topical . A brief review of the bibliography available on organizational learning is made, and reference models and scales are referrred to.
