[Spanish abstract] Una nueva forma de entender la brecha digital entre los países anglosajones y europeos, en concreto el caso español, teniendo en consideración aspectos de presencia informativa en lugar de los habituales de conectividad, infraestructuras y equipamiento.
[English abstract] A new way of understanding the digital divide between the European and Anglo-Saxon countries, in particular the spanish case, taking into consideration aspects of information presence instead of the usual connectivity, infrastructures and equipment.
