Il decreto in oggetto, emanato in attuazione della direttiva 2001/29/CE del Parlamento Europeo, apporta modifiche ed integrazioni alla legge italiana per la tutela del diritto d'autore attualmente in vigore (L. n. 633/1941). Le novità introdotte dal decreto riguardano i diritti di riproduzione e di distribuzione, i diritti sulle opere registrate su supporti, i diritti degli interpreti ed esecutori, le sanzioni ed i compensi, l'utilizzazione libera delle opere
d'ingegno.
[English abstract]
The decree, emanated in realization of the directive 2001/29/CE of the European Parliament, modifies the Italian copyright law (n. 633/1941). The new elements introduced by the decree concern the rights of reproduction and distribution of works, the rights on the recorded works on supports, the rights of the interpreters and performers, the fines and the remunerations, the free use of the works.
