El presente trabajo es una revisión crítica de 10 paginas de largo de la obra Fuentes de la historia contemporánea de México; libros y folletos, 1a edición, del autor Luis González y González, publicada en la Ciudad de México por el Colegio de México entre 1961 y 1962, No. de Registro en OCLC: 936984. Revision realizada en el curso de "Bibliografia Mexicana" en el programa de Licenciatura en Bibliotecologia por la Facultad de Filosofia y Letras, Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL), Mexico, la catedratica fue la Mtra. Maria del Rosario Banda Martinez, MLS. En éste me me enfoco casi totalmente a la descripción de las bibliografías y de sus autores pero en cuanto bibliógrafos en el contexto en el que se sitúan en esta obra revisada, toco lo biográfico o la historia de ese contexto, cuando lo llego hacer, muy superficial o tangencialmente, pero no hago descripción de las obras que no sean bibliografías propiamente dichas, excepto en los albores de esta técnica que históricamente está justificado. Aunque tampoco es un resumen exhaustivo, pues conforme fuí avanzando en el resumen se me fue haciendo cada vez más difícil incluir todas las obras citadas por el autor; y no se diga de las notas al pie de página que no tomé en cuenta ninguna. Lo hago casi en su totalidad con mis propias palabras y he citado textualmente al autor sólo ahí donde por ser tan corto no había forma mejor de escribirlo que ad pedem literae.

This work is a critical review of 10 pages long of the work: Fuentes de la historia contemporánea de México; libros y folletos (Sources of the Contemporary History of Mexico; books and pamphlets), 1st edition, of the author Luis González y González, published in Mexico City by the Colegio de México (College of Mexico) between 1961 and 1962, OCLC Record No. 936984. Review made for the course of "Mexican Bibliography" at the Undergraduate Program in Library Science at the School of Philosophy and Letters, Nuevo Leon Autonomous University, Mexico, the lecturer of the course was Ms. Maria del Rosario Banda Martinez. In this review I focus almost entirely to the description of the bibliographies and to its authors but as for their roles of bibliographers in the context where they are placed in this reviewed work. I touch, whenever I do it, the biographical or historical aspects of that context only superficially or tangentially, but I do not do a description of the works that are not bibliographies properly, except for the origins of the bibliography technique which historically it is justified. Although this is not either a comprehensive review, since as long as I carried out the review it became more difficult to include all the works cited by its author; not to mention the footnotes which I did not consider any. I do the review with my own words and I have cited the author literaly only there where for being a brief excerpt there were no better ways to write it but "ad pedem literae."
