English abstract

This paper shows the results of a program of induction as offered by the University of Monterrey Library, from the point of view of the lecturers of methodology, students and librarians, focused on giving library instruction to undergraduate students to help them in the use of the documental resources, particularly those in electronic format (subscription databases) through the course of Research Methodology.

Se ofrece la descripción de los resultados de un programa de inducción realizado en la Biblioteca de la Universidad de Monterrey, desde el punto de vista de los profesores de metodología, alumnos y bibliotecarios, enfocado a capacitar a estudiantes de licenciatura en el uso de los recursos documentales, particularmente los de formato electrónico (bases de datos contratadas) a través del curso de Metodología de la Investigación.
