A survey and statistics of the library core values statements in the world especially in U.S based on word frequency analysis. Briefly introduces the development of the research and ten core values, such as service, information, professional, access, free, learn, community, diversity and resource.

文章通过因特网调查了国外图书馆和图书馆协会“核心价值”声明, 对调查样本所列举的“核心价值”内容进行了统计和分析。简要介绍了图书馆核心价值的研究历程及10组核心理念, 包括: 服务、信息、职业、获取、自由、学习、社区、多样性和资源等。
