English abstract

This research sheds some light into how are uruguayan academic libraries using web 2.0 technologies to offer services to their users. The survey analyzes the answers from 15 public and private university´s libraries.

Esta investigación busca revelar cuál es el uso que hacen las bibliotecas académicas uruguayas de las tecnologías de la web 2.0. Se analizan las respuestas de 15 bibliotecas de universidades pública y privadas uruguayas.
