English abstract

The article describes the use of outsourcing in the field of information, filling, archival and administrative services. It shows that it is possible to apply for these services an expert version of outsourcing . It describes the benefits of outsourcing for customer if the services are highly aggregated.

Czech abstract

Článek se zabývá využitím outsourcingu v oblasti informačních, spisových, archivních a administrativních služeb. Ukazuje, že je možné pro uvedené služby využít expertní variantu outsourcingu. Ukazuje rovněž výhody outsourcingu pro zákazníka, pokud jsou dodávané služby vysoce agregované.
