English abstract

An analysis of the reality of information literacy (Information Literacy) in the professional librarian (based on the results of work done by dumping the Research Team of the Department of Information Users in the School of Library Science at the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities at the Universidad National de Córdoba) as well as in education. Finally, some reflections on the dimensionality of information literacy and provide proposals to address it as best as possible.

Spanish abstract

Se presenta un análisis sobre la realidad de la ALFIN (Alfabetización en Información) en el ámbito profesional bibliotecario, (partiendo de los resultados vertidos del trabajo realizado por el Equipo de Investigación de la Cátedra de Usuarios de la Información, de la Escuela de Bibliotecología de la Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades, de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba) como así también en el ámbito educativo. Finalmente, se reflexiona sobre la dimensionalidad de la ALFIN y se brindan propuestas para afrontarla de la mejor manera posible.
