English abstract

The objective of this poster is to show the progress in the management of statistics Virtual Library of Health Sciences of the Balearic Islands (Bibliosalut). In a time of economic crisis, it becomes essential to work for greater visibility and transparency of the work done. In this line, Bibliosalut takes time working on the evaluation of the statistics of electronic resources employed. From here, progress has been made in the management of statistical data for the creation and improvement of quality indicators that allow us to evaluate the management of services and advance continuous improvement.

Spanish abstract

El objetivo de este póster es mostrar el avance en la gestión de estadísticas de la Biblioteca Virtual de Ciencias de la Salud de las Illes Balears (Bibliosalut). En un momento de crisis económica, se vuelve esencial trabajar para conseguir mayor visibilidad y transparencia del trabajo realizado. En esta línea, Bibliosalut lleva tiempo trabajando en la evaluación de las estadísticas de los recursos electrónicos contratados. A partir de aquí, se ha avanzado en la gestión de datos estadísticos, para la creación y mejora de indicadores de calidad, que nos permitan evaluar la gestión de los servicios prestados y avanzar en la mejora continua.
