English abstract

Content analysis, the constructivist version of grounded theory and discourse analysis of discursive psychology are analyzed applied to research on how the user generates and share information on social media. For each of the three designs research question, data analysis and the research output are studied. The three methodologies provide a valuable method to know the user in that environment, defining the object of study from various aspects of the interaction of the user with information.

Spanish abstract

Se analizan el análisis de contenido, la versión constructivista de la teoría fundamentada y el análisis del discurso de la psicología discursiva aplicados a la investigación del modo en que el usuario genera y comparte información en los medios sociales. Para cada uno de los tres diseños se estudia la pregunta de investigación que determina la recogida de datos, el análisis de los datos y el producto de la investigación. Las tres metodologías ofrecen un procedimiento de gran valor para conocer al usuario en ese medio, definiendo el objeto de estudio a partir de diversos aspectos de la interacción de este usuario con la información.
