English abstract

The research data ara designed like factual data which include numbers, symbols, text, images and sounds, also defined as primary sources in scientific research. Subsequently, they are subject to manipulations, refinements, processes and various practices around them. Therefore, the recognition of the enormous growth of research data drives the creation of tools that allows its management and subsequent use. Thus, Data Management Research stems from the evolution of scientific objects as well as the progress of research metodologies and tools, since they support the collection, production, analysis, processing and storage of data. The treatment of data inserts into several categories and there is, inevitably, a connection with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is currently in an emerging stage and is receiving a lot of attention. To the GDPR concerns the protection of natural persons with egard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. The rules are designed to ensure compliance with it (European Parliament, 2016). Defends the rights and freedoms of individuals and in particular their right to the protection of personal data (Cap. I, Art. 1.º, Nr. 1, 2 - European Parliament, 2016). Attached to personal data (Table 1) are the special categories of data, more properly referred as sensitive data.
