English abstract

Integrating artificial intelligence into newsrooms in the region requires adapting to a new (and interdisciplinary) reality that encompasses technical, ethical, legal, and economic opportunities and challenges. Collaboration among different stakeholders will be essential for this process.

Spanish abstract

Integrar la inteligencia artificial en las redacciones de la región implica adaptarse a una nueva (e interdisciplinaria) realidad que abarca oportunidades y desafíos técnicos, éticos, legales y económicos. Para ello, la colaboración entre diferentes actores será esencial.
