English abstract

The characteristics and contributions of newsletters on the internet, the media, and digital communication are presented, as well as the role of content curation. Some previous studies on curation in journalistic newsletters are summarized, and progress is presented on a study of The New York Times newsletters.

Se presentan las características y aportaciones de las newsletters en internet, los medios y la comunicación digital, y el papel de las curación de contenidos. Se resumen algunos estudios previos sobre curación en newsletters periodísticas y se presentan avances de una investigación sobre las newsletters de The New York Times
