English abstract
In the contemporary digital landscape, organizations operate within increasingly complex, volatile, and interconnected environments where crises no longer emerge in isolated or linear patterns. Instead, they are dynamically constructed, amplified, and disseminated through digital ecosystems characterized by algorithmic mediation, real-time communication flows, and emotionally driven audience engagement. In this context, crisis and reputation management has evolved from a reactive communication function into a strategically embedded organizational capability that intersects with technology, data science, behavioral psychology, and strategic decision-making.This study explores the transformation of strategic management in the digital age through the integration of Artificial Intelligence and digital intelligence systems. It proposes a comprehensive framework for crisis and reputation management that shifts organizational practice from fragmented, reactive responses toward a holistic, continuous, and system-driven model. The study argues that traditional crisis communication theories are no longer sufficient to address the complexity of modern digital crises, which are shaped by multi-platform interactions, rapid information diffusion, and algorithmic amplification mechanisms.The research highlights that digital crises are increasingly influenced by a combination of technological systems and human behavioral dynamics. On one hand, digital platforms enable unprecedented speed in information dissemination, while on the other hand, they intensify emotional reactions, misinformation spread, and narrative polarization. These conditions necessitate the adoption of intelligent systems capable of real-time monitoring, data integration, sentiment analysis, and decision support.The study conceptualizes crisis and reputation management as an integrated system composed of five interconnected layers: data acquisition, analytical intelligence, decision support, communication execution, and post-crisis evaluation. Within this architecture, AI-driven systems function as the central enabling mechanism that connects data inputs with strategic organizational responses. These systems are not limited to automation but extend to cognitive augmentation, supporting human decision-makers in interpreting complex and rapidly evolving situations.
