This paper presents the way the Greek Academic Libraries can adopt effectively marketing techniques focusing on their users and the quality of their services.

Η εργασία έχει ως σκοπό να παρουσιάσει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι ελληνικές ακαδημαϊκές βιβλιοθήκες μπορούν να υιοθετήσουν αποτελεσματικά τις τεχνικές του μάρκετινγκ προκειμένου το έργο τους να εστιάζεται τόσο στο χρήστη όσο και στην ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών που του προσφέρονται.
