Artikel ini membahas ide untuk menggabungkan Ikatan Pustakawan Indonesia (IPI) dengan pihak yang memiliki teknologi informasi yang cukup mumpuni pada saat menjelang usia yang ke 30 tahun (7 Juli 2003). Kemudian membentuk Asosiasi Profesional Informasi dan Perpustakaan Indonesia (APIPI).


[English Abstract]

This article talks about the idea to combine the Indonesian Library Association (called Ikatan Pustakawan Indonesia or IPI) with other institution that have strong Information Technology expertise at near the age of 30 years old. Then, create an Assocation of Information Professional and Librarian Of Indonesia (called Asosiasi Profesional Informasi dan Perpustakaan Indonesia or APIPI).
