Abstract

[Italian abstract] Se l’incremento della presenza femminile nel mercato del lavoro ha segnato, da un lato, importanti progressi in termini di pari opportunità, esso ha evidenziato, dall’altro, la necessità di riesaminare le politiche e le pratiche sia in tema di occupazione, che di
salute e prevenzione. È quanto emerge dai risultati di recenti indagini, dai documenti programmatici elaborati da organismi internazionali e dalle indicazioni contenute in
numerosi progetti che applicano una prospettiva di genere. La diffusione delle informazioni sulle elaborazioni in corso, sia teoriche che pratiche, diventa un fondamentale strumento non solo per diffonderne i risultati, ma soprattutto per avviare un concreto processo di eliminazione delle disuguaglianze. [English abstract] If the increase of the female presence on the labor market marked time for important progress in terms of equal opportunities, it highlighted at the same time the need to reexamine occupational and prevention politics and practices. This is the result of recent investigations, of the program papers worked out by international organizations and of the information included in different projects including a type perspective. The spread of the information on the elaboration in progress, both practical and theorical, becomes a basic tool to diffuse the results and to start a process of removal of the inequalities.
