Abstract

Potencijalni rezultati primene sistema kvaliteta u ustanovi mogu u
specijalnim bibliotekama dovesti do poboljšavanja bibliotečkih procesa rada dokumentacije, komunikacije sa korisnicima, kao i motivisanja bibliotekara za
obuke za stalna poboljšavanja kvaliteta u radu. Pored informacija o
elementima uvedenog sistema kvaliteta, u radu se njegova primena ilustruje
nekim primerima iz poslovanja specijalne Biblioteke Instituta za puteve. [English abstract] Potential results of quality system application in an institution can bring
some improvements of work processes, documentation, and communication with
the users of the institution’s special library, as well as motivate librarian
to be trained for the continual quality improvements in her/his work. Besides
information about elements of the quality system introduced in The Highway
Institute, the system application is illustrated by some examples of work
processes in the special library of the Institute.
