English abstract
The goal of this case study is to share the learning experience of implementing the JSTOR OAI-PMH Interface at JSTOR. This paper is designed to assist implementers of OAI-PMH repositories in applying best practices to their development process. In particular, the JSTOR OAI-PMH System has been designed as a framework to deliver content restricted by subscription while interfacing with a wide variety of Authorization/Authentication systems. Likewise, the JSTOR OAI-PMH service has been built to interact with differing repository implementations with minimal programming effort.
